Problem with starting position and ending position while cutting

Hi Everyone; I’m new laser user and I dont have experiences about it. I try to cut and engrave something but all the times I have a problem with it. It doesnt clear as I want. What is my problem? Can anybody help me about it? I’m sharing the photos to you. How can I fix it?

Thank you for all your helps .

Best Regards.

Hey Doruk

Can you tell us the make and model of your laser.

Did something disturb the travel of the laser as it was cutting or is that part of the design.

In the bottom picture, maybe it needs to go around more times to cut right through.
And remember your laser may be fixed in its focus distance, so the deeper it goes the laser dot less focused, although the other cuts seem fine.

Is there anything different about that particular cut, like could it have a different power setting…is it on a different layer.

Hi Peter thanks for answering. It is lasertree 30w diode laser. The x and 1 font is like that but it didnt finished in the same point starting point and finishing point is not the same. It has to be same. I cut and engrave focus 8mm I have something like stick on the laser It writes 8mm.

If you look close at the X and 1 you will see the ends do not meet and maybe the design of the rectangle with curved corners is the same bad drawing problem in the design, so the laser is only doing what it is told to do.

The brown wood looks only 3mm thick?, I think I can see white background at the top where it has cut through?
Is it deep engraving that rectangle or cutting?

Doruk

what speed are you using?

I was looking zoomed in and I see fibres where you maybe had to break the piece away to remove.

I also see some distortion in the/some engraved letters…Check your mechanical and belt tension and look for loose screes and make frame square.
