Fixed - returned to Amazon and bought the S2 Pro version. It’s much more rigid with all metal parts rather than acrylic and the X axis stepper has been moved off the X carriage to the metal Y carriage plate. Been able to remove all custom scanning offset adjustments and overscan from 6% 3mm to 1.5% 0.75mm and get perfectly aligned bi-directional fills.
