Buenos días, tengo un problema grande con mí Creality Falcon Pro de 10w.
Haciendo pruebas de cortes, cuando grabo en vertical se tuerce, y hace que me salgan mal la mayoría de los diseños. Ya la desarmé, ajusté las correas, intenté hacerlo todo lo mejor posible, pero sigue saliendo así como ven en la imagen.
Si alguien me puede ayudar se lo agradecería muchísimo, estoy frenado hace días por ese motivo.
Ya no sé si es una cuestión de hardware o de software, pero necesito solucionarlo lo antes posible.
From what I see, and taking into account what you have already checked and corrected, I would point out that the machine’s alignment is not correct. Structure it is not square.
EDIT: Pay attention to the tilt of the circles; this tilt represents how misaligned the structure is.
The image shows the typical result of mechanical backlash. After you go through the link @JessN provided, go back and check the set screws in the pulleys and shaft couplings.
This is a good test pattern to run before, and after making adjustments so you can monitor the effect of changes.
I’ve just added a couple of new zigzag elements - the idea is to look where the two lines converge and become a single line for a backlash reading in microns.
For you, the lower horizontal one (for the X-axis) will probably be the most interesting since that is the axis that appears to be giving you the biggest problem at the circle. You will want to aim to get a reading in the green area.

The results show backlash in both axes, but mostly in the X-axis.
Keep working on the mechanical adjustments per the link you were given, and check also the set screws/grub screws on the drive pulleys and the shaft connector, and make sure the whole frame is well connected and fastened down.
