Problems connecting to the engraving machine

Hello,

I have a TTS-55 engraving machine. During the trial period I had no connection problems.
After I bought the license to use LightBurn, the application keeps showing me that the machine is busy. Please let me know what I can do. Thank you! P.S. If I use the application received from the supplier, the machine works.

Make sure all software is shutdown. Restart Lightburn and see if you still have the problem.
Also make sure you have right port selected.

The license doesn’t change anything on the functionality. Did you make sure you used the correct COM port?
