I’ve having trouble cutting and engraving2,6mm blue iris acrylic.
The design isn’t clean and the polastic seems to melt on the opposit side.
Does anyone have a solution

This will never really work. You are using a blue diode laser; it can’t handle blue materials. You can only use it for dark, opaque acrylic in general. Try black, red, green, but no blue.
Results will be a bit unpredictable, as you noticed.
