I just downloaded the update to lightburn and for some reason I am having problems opening a project. I’m getting “not responding” and it freezes. I rebooted my computer and checked to see if there was any updates for my computer. There was, so I completed that but I’m still having this issue.
have you tried to rollback to prev version to see if there is same issue?
Not responding is a connection / communication message, likely a different issue.
Please explain the exact steps you take when this occurs. What do you mean, technically, when you say “having problems opening”? Help us “see” what is or is not happening when you do this.
Which OS are you using? How are you connected to the laser?

My husband fixed the problem. I’m not sure what he did exactly but it works fine now
