I have noticed that since upgrading to the 2.0 program my lasers speed and engraving has changed. It changes differently each time a new upgrade is issued. I thought it was the motherboard on my system which is a 10 watt laser was going bad cause I was cutting projects that was taking 45 minutes to do with 1 pass to having to run 2 passes to try to get them to look normal and it being 90 minutes or even longer, but when I tried a project on my 5 watt laser with the settings I had always used before the upgrade to the 2.0 it had changed massively. It went from roughly 2 hour engraving time to over 1900 hours for engraving. I hadn’t used my 5 watt since before the upgrade. I’m wondering if anyone else is having this problem and might have suggestions.

During each upgrade, it is possible some old settings do not get captured with the new install. Locate the Prefs backup (.lbprefs) dated before the upgrade and import that. It is likely that will clear up everything.
