Programming a rotary offline

Howdy,

I’m programming a rotary chuck offline, at a desktop in my house not connected to the laser in the garage, and every time I update the rotary chuck it defaults to disabled. Is there a way to activate and edit the rotary chuck without it resetting?

I don’t think so. If I’m not connected to my machine I get an error message at the bottom of the rotary setup box that the rotary was not able to read settings from the controller.

Howdy and welcome! Yes, Tim is correct. Rotary settings are stored directly on the Ruida controller itself. The rotary device requires connection to be configured and/or used.
