I built a ATV model and found all my tabs are around 1 mm. too small, and the slots are too big. I wanted to know if I reduced the % if it fit more snuggly. Instead of trial and error with the whole project I think I’ll try a small sample until I get right % for a morer snug fit. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks.

i have a similar problem, if i laser a square shape box of 10x10 MM i get bigger dimensions output 12x12 MM, please help, thanks
Then your machine setup is not correct. I don’t think it’s the same problem as Frank has.

Yes, actually that’s the most correct, the way I see it.
But, I was perhaps a little brief with my answer to Albert.
Unfortunately, I can’t see what kind of machine he uses, on one side it says something about …fber… on the other side about …dsp… .
If it’s a “normal” CO2 DSP laser machine, I will do a test with a large square, measure the result and adjust X and Y in the machine adjustment.
But if it’s a fiber laser…, then it’s not my area to contribute with info/help.
It’s important that people write more precisely what kind of hardware they have and more precisely describe their problem. And-or, start by writing the same question in the search field here at the top of the page. Almost everything a (new) user might be facing with problems with the program or the laser, can be found here.
