I appreciate all the help. I swapped the switches for NPN NO and had it working correctly in under five minutes. I couldn’t get the PNP switches to work.

Just to clarify, even with a change in the configuration, the pnp wouldn’t trigger?

I tried every combination and configuration to make PNP work but in the end no success.
