I see this email and one of our staff will respond. In the meantime, I would check spam/promotions folders for all email accounts you have, as it can sometimes land there. Search for “LightBurn License Key” across all email accounts you have to ensure inclusion of the email address used when you placed this order.

Yes, thank you for the information. Now I got another issue. As I am new to this laser world, I went to buy the software and thought that my laser was within the category of hobby laser and that according to the description on your page I thought I had to buy a G-code license. But when I tried to continue with the set-up of my laser, I got a message that indicates that I need a DSP license. Could you please help me to select the right one for my Gweike Cloud Pro laser?
No worries @jamengual, it happens. The link below is what you are after. It allows you to add support for DSP control systems, which is what your Gweike Cloud Pro laser uses. Internally, I believe it is a Ruida controller.
You will need your key ready to enter on that page to qualify to purchase.
