I, I install version 2.1 today. The QUICK NEST is working but I don’t see the window where I can modify padding and other options…
Thanks for reaching out. The padding and other options can get rolled up into a shortened display of these options to save screen real estate.
Here is the ‘Docking’ toolbar fully open:
and here it is shown docked and in the shortened form. To expose the remaining options, click where I have highlighted in red.
Below, I show the display once one clicks to expand that toolbar.
How do I get that little icon to show up?

Sorry for the delayed response, @RonSa. The display I show is when the toolbar has additional information to display. In the case you show, the entire toolset is displayed.
