Radial Slot adjustment - Resize Slots tool

I have a design with round parts with slots. I’m trying to use the resize slot tool to adjust the width to accommodate thicker material. It appears that the resize tool does not recognize them as slots the way it does in a rectangle shape. Any ideas? Thanks.

Probably because you have curves in your taps, LB doesn’t like that.

No, that’s not what I was thinking, a little test shows that it can (now) be done. In previous/older versions, the program complained about the transition from circle to square, but not anymore.

Bernd: “can now be done.” Are you showing something from the 2.2 release candidates, or from the current released version? (Either way, good to know.)

it works with version 2.1.04…, can’t say from which version it was possible.

Hi Bernd. Actually, I believe I have figured it out.

What I realized was that LB uses the value in “Old Material Thickness” to identify the slots and tabs. Once I measured the slot width in the piece and entered that value in the OMT the adjustment arrows appeared.

Thank you and the others who took the time to respond and help.
