hello there was the same topic at may 19 last year.
it was closed without a sollution of the problem.
my system is win7 sp1
at he first install it works well than after 1 month
there i get the following missing
" api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll "
is the any solution for this problem??

my problem was first i had to uninstall the older versions of vredist_x64.
now it works fine. thanks
