Receiving license in the mail

For some reason I cannot. Change my email in. License. I don’t know how my email got changed in the license. But I have not found a way to change the password so I can. See my license number. On my email. Can anyone help? Thank you. Have a great day.

Your best bet would be to email support, they will sort it for you

Try again now. I note that the email used had “email . com” and it should be “gmail . com” to match what you have used here. :slight_smile:
