The wood I’m using has very thin glue lines connecting the core pieces. My laser doesn’t like to cut all the way through these areas.
I’m familiar with the LightBurn preview tool and the ability to jog to a specific area and re-start … but is there a way to create a selection, like a thin box that spans the entire piece, and re-cut that?
I know good what you mean and also miss being able to define better, start-stop for re-cut.
A provisional solution that I use is to duplicate the drawing and delete everything that should not be cut. It does require that the subject is still in the same position.
Turn on “Cut Selected Area” then select what you want to recut.
