I have a Redsail laser with a TL403CB controler in it. I can not get the lightburn software to connect to this controller. is this controller campatiable with Lightburn? what do I need to do to get it to connect?
Are you using usb or Ethernet? At one time, these were supported, but only via usb…
The software page includes this as a supported dsp type.

Don’t know if it will talk over Ethernet…
I have only tried by USB. This weekend I was going to try Ethernet connection. I would prefer to use the USB if possible.
Ensure you have the correct driver installed. The device should be seen in your device manager. If the os can’t see it, Lightburn can’t.
Ethernet is much less painful and consistent, but I don’t know if you can use your controller via your network.
Maybe @JohnJohn can shed some light that the device can be accessed over your network.
