Having problems reinstalling Lightburn, I get these notices 
Need help, have removed/uninstalled existing Programs, thanks in advance.
Try installing this:

Windows sometimes gets messed up and doesn’t install these correctly. You can likely just find that DLL file online or from another user and copy it into the LightBurn program folder, and that will work too. Windows Update is supposed to handle these.
