Reloaded Lightburn but STUCK - getting FRAME SLOP message

Hello Folks

For some reason my computer dumped Lightburn while I was at dinner. I thought no big deal but when I went to open it wiped clean. I had to enter my device (Monport 80W laser) and had to start all over. From what I can tell watching You Tube – I’m set up ok. I work form ORIGIN which is set correctly and upper left corner. The head homes fine to that corner but when I hit start it gives FRAME SLOP. I have experienced that many times and know what to do but this isn’t the same thing it should be fine and start engraving. When I hit FRAME it does this skinny vertical rectangle way over to the left side (almost against the wall). I haven’t had to set up in a while so I can’t figure this out and the videos don’t address this issue

What am I missing? What setting did I mess up? Any help is always greatly appreciated. I have to get jobs out before I leave next week so really need to get unstuck.

Sounds like your machine origin changed. I would start by loading a preferences backup and see if that solves all your issues. Go to File Menu>Preferences>Load Prefs Backup and choose one from before the crash.

Thank you so very much - that worked! I will remember that for the future! Happy Holidays!!
