Renew license issues

i am getting pop up box saying my license is valid but passed the renewal date.
when i click on renew and enter my email address and password . it doesn’t recognize , i try forgot password and says no email address valid for this address?? i have a paper copy in my hand of the last renewal i did and used the same email. why doesnt server recognize my email and send me a new password??

The folks at the support desk will have access to the licensing system and should be able to get this straightened out for you.

You may want to also have other email addresses that you have used previously to help in case it was changed to one of those.
