Renewing License ... so hard!

Actually, Colin insulted him first. I’d have replied in the exact same manner if someone I was trying to GIVE MY MONEY TO insulted my intelligence in such a condescending manner.

I came here because I’m having similar issues. I run Lightburn on two computers. One in my office that allows me freedom to design, and one that actually runs the laser. Yesterday my license expired (working on the office PC), and I didn’t have time to renew (appointment). When I came back the page for renewing was gone, and I was on the page requiring me to setup a device in order to use Lightburn. So…my device is gone from my office PC, and I can’t update from there anymore either. I then went out to the laser laptop this morning (which isn’t in an easy spot for full on typing and general use, as it sits above my laser enclosure…thus designing on my office PC), and I get all of this ridiculousness trying to renew. I can’t log in, can’t pay, can’t do anything.

There’s no reason for it to be this complicated. There’s no indication that I need to follow a completely different process in order to renew. Just a stone wall on both of my computers, and nothing indicating a path forward.

So yes, when you’re already frustrated and then you’re told you’re too stupid to understand the process…it’s more than a little irritating. I can fully empathize with William.
