Renewing License

My license expired, I can log in on the Portal just fine, but on checking out to pay for renewal it says account or pass word not found?

I hate to say it… We migrated and launched an e-commerce component that requires another login (before checkout). We’re trying to make one login for the portal, the forum, and the e-commerce partner but we’re not there yet.

We had to do it because we keep growing. It’s a high-quality problem. :slight_smile:

Please sign up for the commerce account at the checkout prompt. It’s best to use the same email you used for the forum. It’s already tied to your license.
