Reorder the layer colors

I would like to reorder the layer colors to match the order of the colors in the color swatch.
Is their a way to do this automatically?

To be clear, suppose I have 3 layers:
mylayer1 06 Line 14.0/95.0
mylayer2 08 Line 44.0/5.0
mylayer3 03 Line 111.0/44.0

I want:
mylayer1 03 Line 14.0/95.0
mylayer2 06 Line 44.0/5.0
mylayer3 08 Line 111.0/44.0

Automatically, no, but you can select a layer and click the ^ and v arrows next to them (on the right) to move them.
