Repeat marking just stop’s after one mark

I have a pen jig on my chunk D100 rotary. The rotary works just fine with other items
But when I choose for repeat marking, it marks just one pen and then it stops. The jig has place for 20 pen’s.
What I’m doing wrong ?
Please see attachment for making things clear.
Rotary was also enabled. It must not be enabled with Repeat Marking.
