I recently replaced the M2 Nano board in my Chinese 40W (Orange and White from Ten-High). I thought everything was going well, and suddenly, I started having a problem with the laser. When I set up the laser, It would home correctly, and even engraved a couple of test pieces. The power seemed to be SUPER high compared to the output I was getting with the M2 board, so I thought I would research and try some tweaking in the software. The Laser eventually started trying to home to the wrong position (I checked the homing position in the settings and it was correct). Upon reading the forums, I thought I would try $RST=* and now, no matter what I do, LB won’t connect to the monport board. I can add the board back in LB if I delete it…The software will find it (although the dimensions it detects are 1500mmx1500mm…different from the very first time it discovered the board). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this thing working again? FYI, I am running the latest LB software on Mac Sonoma 14.3.1. I can send any additional information that you might find helpful but I am certainly no guru at this kind of thing.
Connection is intermittent. If I shut off power to the board completely (turn off laser, turn, unplug USB), then plug it back in…it seems to connect.
Here are the settings it spit out the last time I got it to connect.

Another issue is that once I force the machine to home (yes I know this is not good on the machine), it will behave normally until I move the laser head in the software. It will move accurately one time, then after that, it behaves as if something in the axes is reversed (moving the laser head left on the screen actually moves it right, etc).
