Hi! A couple of years ago I began engraving using the k40 whisper and Inkscape. For Christmas my husband got me the Orion which meant switching to Lightburn. I was feeling frustrated trying to learn the new program but was making some progress. The water tube in the engraver broke about 2 months ago (but did not damage the power supply). My husband has since replaced the hose. The engraver turns on and attempts to engrave the file I send, but nothing shows on the material. I was told I need to reset the machine through lightburn but can’t find where to do that. HELP!
