i was wondering if there is any way to set the software back to the original. configuration. i set up the longer roller and had to change some things . and was told they dont go back. i need to save them.

You can try loading a previous working prefs:
If that don´t work you can go here:
Then delete these 2 files:
Or to really zero things delete everything in the prefs folder.
Are you talking about the GRBL parameters? It sounds like you did not make a backup copy. You can do that in the Machine Settings window. If you can find what it told you to change for the roller, we might be able to say what to set them back to.
