Roller rotary offset on half of image

New to all things laser here. I have a Creality roller type rotary that I used one time successfully out of the box with no issues. Recently attempted to engrave a Yeti for a friend but the left half of the image gets offset mid print and I don’t know why. Any change in settings just changes how far off the image gets set but never completely aligns it.

Here’s my settings display and a pic of the Yeti (i did alot of practice on it haha). $100= 80, $101= 60.375 per the rotary set up instructions. I did not change any other machine or device settings so those are all default values.

Of note, if I disable rotary mode the exact same image engraves perfectly on slate coasters so the image file is fine. I’m pulling my hair out on this, any help would be greatly appreciated!

It looks to me like you’re engraving in line mode. That is not recommended on a roller. There is too much possibility of the tumbler slipping when directions change giving the results you’re seeing. Change to fill mode and see how much better it looks. Your design may require some changes to use fill though.
