Due customer demand I’m going to start engraving tumblers. I have followed all the set up instructions but I can only get the laser head to move on the x axis and the rotary won’t turn the y axis? I can get it to work in rd works but I’m not to fond or knowledgeable in that software. I’m sure there is something I’m missing if any one would be kind enough to help

This is probably going to be a silly question, but did you go into your Tools tab, and Rotary setup from there, and turned the rotary on?
Not a silly question at all! Yes I did, it’s just odd to e that the rotary won’t turn in light burn but will in rd works
