while using the rotary mid job it will pause turn the cup start engraving then pause and turn back and finish. I have been engraving cups for a while and this is a new issue. At first it would happen every 4-5 cups now it’s every cup. Light burn is up to date with newest update.
I am using a Haotian 60w galvo with rotoboss talon.
I reached out to the company and they said it’s a software issue. any advice>?
This isn’t a very good idea. If someone looks at this in a year, it’s unlikely still up to date or even the same version.
It’s much better to click on Lightburn help and about, then highlight and copy the version number.
Software could be the issue, but unless support can help you, as users, we’re restricted to operation not software bugs.
Post your project, it possible, for us to look at it. Show us what it’s doing with a photo or movie. You can post a video here if it’s relatively small. Works much better to store it on something, like google storage and post the link here. Ensure you make it readable for anyone with the link.
