Rotary problem with long line

hey all im testing a yeti cup for a customer out and I have almost everything done except when it comes to a line the goes across the cup? its splits it up into pieces and they don’t connect cleanly. any secret or advice?

Please confirm what laser you’re using too! Splitting into pieces sounds like a galvo…

Hey all, I figured it out my splitsize wasn’t changing for some reason, I was racking my brain. Nothing like a good ol’ pat and slap, I mean reboot of my Mac.
