Rotary Smashes Start of image

Has anyone had this issue?

The beginning of my job starts to the far right at the earpiece of the stethoscope. The earpieces aren’t symmetrical as the should be. I’ve looked at several jobs I’ve done in the past and notice this is actually happening to all of them; some more subtle than others. It seems that where the laser “enters” the job is where it smooshes the image but the rest of the job is fine.

Thanks so much!

I had this same problem yesterday. 2 things I discovered: 1. wheels next to motor were no centered on the wheels at the other end. 2. When I started the design with the origin in the middle, and the tumbler turned to get to the start, it cut off the edge of the design. When put the origin at the beginning of the design so the tumbler did not need t move to start- it was OK.
