I want to engrave a mug. I have set the dia to 101 and the Cir was 317.x. turned on the rotary selection and set steps to 360 and roller dia to 24.5. When I try to frame it the head only moves about 1 1/2". I have tried so many settings changing dia of rollers or the steps per revaluation, but no help always too short of frame or goes around 5 times!
When I tried to run one that was about half of what I needed it said too much slop?
I was only going to do one side.
