RR2 is the AlgoLaser rotary roller?
Can you describe what “malfunction” means here?
For example:
- Does it not move at all?
- Does it move the wrong direction?
- Does it turn but not match the job size?
- Does Tools → Rotary Setup → Test move the roller?
- How are you connecting your rotary?
A screenshot of your Tools → Rotary Setup window would also help.
