I have set IP on PC 192.168.1.100 and on Ruida 192.168.1.200 , in the system shell Pc ping Contoller is ok.
Set on lightburn Ruida and ip controller but not connect … I try USB and not connect …
Probably have to create the device manually and enter the proper IP. If you can ping it, then it’s on-line and accessible.
Click on ‘device’ and manually create a profile. It will ask you for the Ethernet IP.

I would think if you could ping it you should be able to connect.
Is the gateway on the Ruida correct?
