Our LightBurn software works fine, but we’re trying to sync the files to the Ruida Controller. How do we get the lightburn files to load into the Ruida Controller? We’ve tried both with a USB cord attached to the engraver and computer, we’ve also tried to attach a USB directly to the engraver itself. Any help is appreciated!

For most people, it’s plug the laser into the computer with a USB cable, then press the ‘Start’ button. Is the software connecting to the laser?
If you power the laser first, and connect it to the PC, then run LightBurn, you should see something like ‘Found RDC 644xG’ in the bottom status bar in LightBurn. If you see that, LightBurn is talking to the laser and hitting Start should work.
