Randomly lost connection and now says the USB device has a malfunction BUT the ruida itself is working.
Unplug and re-plug, might change it’s tty name when you do this. I’m not a windows person, so I can’t tell you how to check that machine.
My best suggestion is to use the Ethernet connection…
