I have converted my gweike cloud to a Ruida controller, similar to omtech polar. First of all everything works well, with lightburn it positions and cuts perfectly, but doesn’t engrave, but he engraves with RD Works. So it seems to be a Lightburn theme. You can see that the laser tube is being activated, it is also drawing current, but no power seems to be arriving. It would be great if someone could help me.

You can see that the laser tube is being activated, it is also drawing current, but no power seems to be arriving.

Perhaps the engraving speed is too fast for the available power, so that the beam does not damage the material. In some cases, the speed increase comes from a mistake in the units: an engraving at 500 mm/min is much slower than one at 500 mm/s.

You can help everyone help you by including screenshots of the cut settings and the design in LightBurn, along with photos of the results.

The controller seems to work fine, just the controlling software.
