I currently have a modded K40 with a C3D board. I’ll probably eventually scratch build a bigger system, maybe 18x36 or so, 50-60w. I was assuming I’d cannibalize my K40 for controls, but would be open to upgrading to a Ruida board or other depending on what it gets you. What are the advantages vs. a Laserboard? I might conceivably use an adjustable Z at some point, not super likely, but will probably never do a rotary.
