Labeled as S-350-48 just lost a tube and i believe the controller may be bad
My machine is a generic chinese gray colored. 150w (120v)

Those seem unrelated, so more information will produce better advice.
When the high voltage power supply fails, the symptoms will look a lot like a bad tube.
If the 48 V power supply is bad, that will certainly affect the motors and maybe the controller, although Ruida controllers prefer a 24 V power supply with a 36 V upper limit.
