Same drawing values, different outcome

the height of all the circled segments are 10 mm, yet the blue segment on the diagonal piece extend past the frame. Does anybody know why that is?

Without knowing how you got to that state it’s impossible to say.

Can you upload the .lbrn file for review?

…I don’t even understand what the problem is, sorry.
Can’t you describe and show what you want in another way?

The Black rectangle is 50 mm tall, the blue lines are 50 mm tall and yet they extend past the bottom of my rectangle.
Theoretically, the Blue line is an engraved line so it would not matter if it extended past the cut line, but when the part is cut, it actually is less than 50mm. I have to make the rectangle 51.20 mm for it to come out at 50mm

I assume you draw/construct it before you turn it, do the measurements fit before you turn your item?

It could be a “flaw” in the way you construct it.
On my little test everything looks “normal”.
Submit your file for inspection.

I understand what I did:
once the part was rotated, the values were off a little so I corrected them and I should have left them alone.
I re-did it without changing the values once rotated and it is fine.
Thanks for your help.

This is to be expected - Once you’ve rotated something, the height of it isn’t going to match the length of the original unrotated one:
