When working on PC and saving project to USB and then trying to put it into the Laptop
it have no tools or anything. Why is that?
You mean the tools library is empty? This is because the project file only contains the paths and settings. If you do not synchronize your tool library, the tools do not exist on your laptop.

Sorry but I do not know how to synchronize tool library. Tried to find out on the Youtube but cannot
understand how to do it. synchronize between PC and Laptop?

There is no automatic sync. MM stores all information in files. You can transfer (=copy) those files to another PC to have the same settings available. This holds for all libraries and settings.
You can see the file path in the tool library window. Copy that file to the other PC. Then click on “load library” and load it again.
You can also use the export dialog in file menu, this way, it’s maybe a little bit easier. File → export bundle. You can export all settings or the library only. Import works the same on the other PC.
