Selling commarker B4 after a year of no useage, help needed connecting to lightburn

A couple of things may have changed or I forgot, but everytime I set up my commarker B4 20 watt in lightburn I always had issues at the start. Sometimes I had to change the laser type, or a setting somewhere, but I always figured it out. Well, I had to delay my sale because embarrassingly I could not get it to work or sometimes connect in lightburn.

  1. I swear it used to be a JPT laser and not a UV/YAG, but what is what it says. I am using the same .cor file I always did. When I switch to JPT I get ab “Error: Disconnected” error at the bottom of the software. Is the b4 a UV/YAG?
  2. Even in UV/Yag I can’t get it to function. It will frame fine, and when I hit start the laser does move like normal, but nothing is burning. My settings are 600 speed and 40%. This used to burn slate really well but it’s not even leaving a mark.
  3. I bought lightburn and when I started the software a year after last using it I no longer show to be an owner. Is the license reset yearly? I’d look but I have two hours to figure this out or I have to delay/cancel my sale.
