I can’t get the laser position button to work right, it wants to go in the right direction. My machine homes left front and when I click the button and go to the center and click it tries to go left and front further. This happens no matter where the position setting is. Everything else works fine. Acro 1010 Openbuilds machine.
Is your machine set so the workspace area is negative instead of positive values? That’s not uncommon for CNC based systems. If you type G0 X5 Y5 into the console and press enter, does it go 5mm to the right and up from the origin point, or does it try to go forward and left of it? If so, you have a negative workspace machine.
