I have watched several videos on this, I am familiar with the process but I am having issues. If you think of X/Y 0 as bottom/left I have hard stops at top/right. I slid in a piece of square wood, cut a square. Removed the piece and it didn’t go all the way through. So I placed it back to the top/right corner and ran Frame, the lines didn’t match up. So I used “Set laser position” and clicked on a corner and it was off nearly an 1/8 of an inch. I adjusted it and picked another corner, it was off as well. If I adjust on corner the other is off, etc. None of the corners are on the spot when the piece is pushed into the hard stops. Sorry it this is confusing but I hope someone has a solution.
Question is, is your Homing repeatable
Also are you homing between each steps
Every coordenate of yoru machine is based on Xo Yo
Also as the machine steppers are not energized while not in motion its easy for acuracy to be lost even by cable tension
So
a) home > go to X100 Y200. Make a small square
move by hand
Home again, repeat
Do both cuts overlap?
b) belt tension on Y is paramount. unsuer which machine you have but if the above test fails it will be 90% of the reasons why… belt tensions
