Well, as requested, I sent this to @JoeSpanier via PM, but I’m posting it here to get some traction.
As you can see, with 1.6, I was getting many missed corners for rectangles, which I’ve highlighted in the picture below. The results are very different when opening the file in 1.7 and cutting it with the same settings; it feels like the speed is slower, so it’s burning.
