I am beginning to think Lightburn and my alfawise C30 are not compatible, I have tried all ways and entered all codes that you have given me but nothing works, no matter what I try if I place a letter in the middle of the screen it still wants to engrave in the origin corner, I have changed so many settings now that nothing will work, is there a way of setting a factory default or should I just throw it all in the bin
“All ways and all codes” is not telling me what you’ve tried.
What is your ‘Start From’ setting?
If it’s not ‘Absolute Coords’, the design will not go where it’s placed on the page, as explained here:

Using that mode requires that your machine is zero’d properly, which I think we’ve covered already. If you’re having trouble, post - we can help.
