Settings for different types of materials and how to save them

I have a Atomstack 20x pro and I would like to know how to set different settings for the different types of materials that are used and how to save them

You’ll likely want to take a look at the Material Library in our docs to best use and save material settings for a given laser.

Hope this helps

I will add that there is only one way to address answering your question. Test, test and more testing. I know this may sound cheeky, but it is the truth. Each laser has slight variances that can only be discovered through testing the actual results of running that job. This is also true for the materials chosen for production. As an example, today - there may be a bit more moisture in the air, affecting the wood product you intend to use. Tomorrow, maybe not as much, but close. Testing will help you produce consistent output.

Once you have a better understanding (through testing) of the actual settings for a given material, storing these settings for later recall is what the ‘Material Library’ is intended to provide as @KimFlynn shared.
