Settings for 'F' and 'S'

I recently bought a comgrow 10W laser.

and in the comments section, in answer to a question about engraving stainless steel, the reply referenced parameter suggestion: S100% F300.
I have run across that nomenclature for settings before, but I don’t know how to translate them to lightburn.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated

S - Spindle - this is the “speed” that the spindle is set to. In Laser terms this translates to power. The value listed is equal to % * the value listed in S Value Max in Device Settings.
F - Feed rate - this is the speed of the motion requested typically in mm/min.
