Hi, I am a new user so sorry for the probably stupid question.
I have a Neje Master 2S plus and no matter what I try with the Lightburn software when I hit the Origin button my machine runs to 0,0 and stalls. I have tried changing the coords etc, all to no avail.
Can someone please help ?

There is a setup link in neje wiki to connect your machine to LB, have you done it?
“stalls”? What exactly happens?
Is the laser head hitting the plexiglas piece on the side that doesn’t have the electronics? That is (sadly) normal. The frame was constructed for the black laser heads, the newer silver laser heads are bigger and don’t fit. You can either stay away from that corner of the workspace, cut away a piece of that plexiglas, or extend the frame (e.g. with a 3D-printed piece).
And btw, ignore that “origin” button. There’s nothing special about that corner, so there’s no benefit in moving the head there. Use the “home” button instead. That corner has the homing switches, hitting them from time to time makes sense. Also, the homing position is out of the work area (by 20mm in Y), so parking there gives you the best access to your work piece.
Can you help me plz?
I’ve Neje Master 2S Plus too when I start the machine (previously set in home position then turned off and restarted lightburn) and I move it in Y axis it displays immediately “hard limit triggered…” then I “home” and in current positions displays for Y axis 425, I do everything again and it keeps displaying the same error and changing current position for Y axis in 425. How can I solve this?
Thank you for all your help. I have added a 20mm ( those of you working Imperial 3/4" is good ) spacer to the main bar at the opposite end to the circuit board, that has cured the stalling at 0,0 origin. I have found that if I have work on the screen and specify Absolute Co-ords then all is well.
Now all I have to do is crawl up the learning slope.
Regards to all.
